If I were shopping for a web server, I'd definitely pick up a copy.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I feel the same way you do about tech books. I hate those two or three initial chapters on remedial topics. Only occasionally have I found them really useful.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The review chapters at the beginning of &lt;a href="http://www.amazon.com/VPNs-Illustrated-Tunnels-IPsec/dp/032124544X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&amp;amp;s=books" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.amazon.com/VPNs-Illustrated-Tunnels-IPsec/dp/032124544X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&amp;amp;s=books"&gt;VPNs Illustrated&lt;/a&gt; is great.
