Что то я не понял… У тебя написано /wp-content/plugins/wp-contactform/ А на оригинальном сайте wp-content/plugins/wp-contact-form/ Где правильно.
Хотя, не в том ни другом случае У меня не появляется в меню Plugin, нового плагина :-(

Так для начала надо поставить сам плагин :-)
А потом просто положить ему .мо файл.

Что же насчет пути, то я имел ввиду, что вордпресс стоит в корне сайта... если нет, то считать он корня вордпресса.
